2009 Champions for Change Awards

The Network for a Healthy California will be awarding four Champions for Change awards during the March 2009 Conference. (Applications are now closed.) 

Please join us as we present the awards to our Champions. The Food Stamps for Health Champion for Change award will be given during the conference reception on the evening of March 3rd, 2009; and the remaining three awards will be presented at an awards ceremony on the morning of Thursday, March 5th, 2009.
