Abstract Submission Form

The Call for Abstracts is now closed for the January 2008 Network for a Healthy California Conference:

“Champions for Change:  Taking Action for Healthy Eating and Active Living”

Notification of acceptance will be sent during November. If you do not receive notification by December 1, 2007, you should contact the conference planner at the contact information listed on the conference web site. Presentation and poster session guidelines will be mailed in early December to all those whose abstracts are accepted.

We appreciate the large number of responses and encourage all interested participants to attend the conference.
